Patidar Samaj strives to promote the welfare of its members and the members of the larger Ugandan
society. The Samaj has extended the use of the part of the premises at a nominal lease-rent to the
Ugandan community to for running a Community Library, as a measure of Good will.
Samaj also extends the two Community Halls to members of all communities for organizing
socio-cultural, religious and family activities, at fair rates of rent. This facilitates the members
from Ugandan communities to celebrate occasions such as marriages, introduction,
birth days at affordable costs. The income generated through the lease rentals are used
to finance the various activities of the Samaj.
The Samaj is considering the possibility of offering scholarships to the Best Students
of the community with the objective of recognizing and encouraging excellence.
“Shishu Kunj’ is yet another initiative for the benefit of the children aimed at inculcating
