With great pleasure, Patidar Samaj Kampala is inviting you to attend the 14th Charotar
Patidar Sports & Cultural Festival-2007.

The details of the Programme are given on the Programme page. You will also find
downloadable Registration forms for Event Participation, Sports and Cultural activities,
on the Programmes page. Kindly download the forms, read them carefully,
complete the same and send it in time.

For Sports & Cultural activities, the participants are requested to send their forms on or
before 28th February 2007 to their Centres so that they can be evaluated and informed
by return, if any discrepancies are found.

We request you to contact the particular persons whose names appear on the
Festival Committee page below to provide you more details if required.

We are eagerly awaiting your positive response and let us have an opportunity to serve you better.

For attendance only, please fill in one registration form per family.

This festival is to create brotherhood amongst all of us, so please put your efforts into celebrating it successfully.
